Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Neles Automation A413125 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Newall products, including obsoleted and phased-out Netstal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Neic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Newall such as the 39877 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1102409217d manufactured by Netstal and we are pleased to be able to service most Netstal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q2060FVR5 by Manufacturer Neic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Netstal Brand HVC1100679359 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Netstal such as AIO1102409979 equipment made by Netstal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Netstal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Netstal" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MON1503004 made by Nematron as well as the popular 801442 original spares produced by Nexen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MB3 by Newport and AIO1102409979 spares by Netstal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 80ALPS2A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Newnes-mcgehee.
